Western Grebe

A pair of Western Grebes spent quite a lot of time fishing right in front of me this day. I used my floating pod to get right down to eye level with them. It was a bit awkward as I was on a dock and leaning over the edge to control the camera. Having a stable support for the camera is a must for these kind of shots.
